Job Description

Seamless collaboration with the Business Units ( DF FA, MC GMC, PD PA AE DCS, PD PA CI & PD LD P ) &  Regional Sales to drive implementation of  business objectives Key deliverables are:

• Develop Sales footprint based on Div. strategy for medium term (>=3 years).
• Develop benchmarks for Sales Channel productivity; measure/monitor actuals; recommend improvement measures; analyze customer data, recommend annual optimization of sales territories; 
• Monitor and drive market transparency improvement objectives thru Philos.
• Sign national-level STAs with BU s based on BTAs and ensure formal completion of process at Regional Sales level. 
• Formulate and release the annual Sales policy jointly with Sales management. The Sales policy documents formal guidelines for Regional Sales. 
• Provide inputs to PtM for their formulation of  annual channel partner policy including discounts/incentives/ other business terms 
• Analyze order inflow continuously and keeping business objectives in mind,  facilitate timely release of special promotion schemes in alignment with the BU.
• Implement medium term BU strategy wrt Sales Increasing Actions (SIA) measures / targets Office-wise. 
• Participate in Business Review with Sales Offices; support where needed.
• Monitor and  report Top 10*2  BU wise & Office wise. Also monitor business thru’ web enquiries
• Support Sales Business planning across offices.
• Release consolidated pricelist for Automation & Drives. 
• Coordinate critical customer visits to factories.
• Monitor Technical competency of the Sales force via OCA tool and ensure timely completion.
