This is your role. What part will you play?

·       Responsible for consolidating all small country payroll operations into India. This would include evaluation of model, determining best possible setup and transitioning them to the Delivery center in India

·       Would also include transitions from other Delivery Centers to India

·       Role would assume end to end responsibility for making this happen - right from definition of roadmap, enabling a team to deliver payroll and getting the operations transitioned through Program Management office

·       This would also include budget responsibility for the services under her/his scope

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.

·       Experience of having managed global, multi-country payroll operations

·       Good understanding of delivering operations through outsourced payroll vendors

·       Managing team with diverse skillset and multi-country payroll processing capability

·       Governance, Reporting and stakeholder management.
