HR Generalist

We are going through a change: 

Our company is currently undergoing a significant organisational change. An independent organisation, Yunex Traffic, is being carved out of the large international company, Siemens Mobility. The new company, a leader in innovative and intelligent transport solutions, will be in closer contact with customers. It will have a typical flat organisational structure and be able to react to the current market situation fast.

What will be your responsibilities?
  • Various HR work-related challenges, which will move you forward day after another
  • Daily communication with line managers
  • Consultations with the business segment in terms of labour law, consulting for employees
  • Processing varied HR agenda and administration
  • Implementing new tools, HR projects and processes in the business segment, guideline updates
  • Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process (adverts, interview organisation, cooperation with the sourcing specialist, onboarding)
  • Administrative/procedural support of the central HR team and cooperation with HR colleagues across countries

What do you need to possess to be a part of our team?
  • At least two years of experience with HR work and activities, ideally as an HR generalist or advisor 
  • Knowledge of labour law, HR processes and HR agenda
  • Fluent English communication (email communication, personal and telephone communication), German is a plus
  • Awareness of IT (experience with cooperation with colleagues and managers from R&D, recruitment of IT positions)
  • Pleasant and professional behaviour with a lot of empathy
  • Ability to organise work well and desire for learning new things
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
