Business Administration Sales Professional

Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Administration Sales Professional for our order to cash(finance) team in Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products Finance organization.

What are my responsibilities?

• Analyzing commercial data and reporting.
• Optimize E2E sales and logistics processes to increase overall productivity by adjusting the collaboration between sales, product management, order management, manufacturing plants and 3PL warehouse.
• Coordinate individual processes and optimize order-to-cash cycle to enhance the customer experience and create value to the customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries by providing on time solutions on digital platforms.
• Take necessary measures to increase automation rate in order management. From customer order placement on e-business platforms until successful customer invoicing and cash collection.
• Define high performance standards in delivery (order shipping) process. (Deliver to end customer)
• Ensure effective material and inventory management, transform sales forecast to a successful demand planning strategy. (Material Management)
• Develop and apply appropriate purchasing and replenishment strategies (PTO/PTS etc.)  in accordance with business requirements. (Material Management)
• Evaluate potential of new fulfillment methods (drop shipment etc.) and apply in responsible business area. (Material Management)
• Gather requirements from business and external parties (customers, distributors, partners, manufactory plants etc.) and create business requirement specifications
• Own and prioritize digitalization roadmap in ales and order management. 
• Demonstrate expertise in problem solving, bringing new ideas and creative solutions to existing processes and issues. 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering Field
• 3+ years of experience in commercial functions. Supply Chain or Business Development knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to transform knowledge in business administration and supply chain to analyze and improve sales, commercial and logistics related processes
• Due to the interaction with different departments as Sales, Marketing, Order Management, IT and Business Commercials, ability to coordinate teamwork and strong communication skills 
• Action and Results orientation with an ability to quickly develop plans and turn them into actions.
• Expert user of SAP. SD, MM, PP, FI modules certification is a plus.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, demonstrated ability to extract data from ERP and perform complex analysis of Data.
• Good command of written and spoken English. German in an asset.
