JOB LOCATION: Cary, North Carolina (NOT REMOTE POSITION) *

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer Services Support Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • You will conduct technical and/or administrative sales with customers.
  • You will process incoming direct parts sales orders, parts clarification inquiries and/or requests regarding the sale or acquisition of spare parts.
  • You will perform order management for external customers.
  • You will cooperate with clients and sales representatives to clarify orders and issues. 
  • You will support pre-and/or post sales product advice for spare parts


This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers

  • You have completed studies vocational studies in a scientific, business or engineering technology discipline
  • You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn new software applications
  • You will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 
  • You work well in a team environment. 
  • You are extremely organized and attentive to detail.
  • You possess strong communication skills and are adaptable to change. 

Required skills to have for the success of this role

·       3-5 years’ experience in a customer support/inside sales environment.

·       Associates degree or equivalent experience.
