What you will do for Siemens Mobility:

As our Administrative Operations Support professional, you will be the glue that holds our HUB together! The majority of your work will aid in helping our team in the United States, but you will also assist our teams in Canada and Latin America. Outstanding time management skills are vital in this role as it is necessary for balancing multiple regional requests simultaneously.

Keeping everyone coordinated and being proactive in your tasks will be a crucial component. You'll bring your Microsoft Office Suite and SAP expertise to generate reports and spreadsheets needed for staff meetings and procurement or leasing contracts. While we'd love to see you in the office collaborating with the team in Sacramento, we can also accommodate a remote working situation with no travel involved.

  • Vendor onboarding and vendor updating, e.g., bank account changes, address changes, etc.
  • Purchase Requisitions
  • GBS (Global Business Services) liaison
  • Process governmental tax payments
  • Maintain information databases
  • Approvals and Document tracking and follow up
  • Scheduling, meeting notes and action items follow up
  • Administrative support to Finance, including a resolution on payments: blocked, not released, returned, etc. using SAP
  • Follow through on Landlord complaints about not receiving payments
  • Resolve conflicts in Goods Receipts and Invoice Receipts and coordinate with Payables and Accounting
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
  • Superb multitasking and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Be proactive and sometimes assertive when needed!
  • Proven experience supporting executive teams - international exposure would be a plus!
