Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 
• Provide administration support of the day-to-day HR functions and duties
• Revamping the HR Intranet site to Sharepoint
• Support Talent and Leadership Asia, Australia in the running of the SOAR Potential Development Program
• Review and refresh Talent and Leadership Asia, Australia communications and marketing for ASEAN
• Support on-going awareness and information sharing of Growth Talks for FY22 (Siemens new approach to Performance Management)
• Perform other duties as required by superiors

What do I need to Qualify for the role?
• Degree in Business Management, HRM or relevant
• Organized and dependable
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to start work immediately and work for at least 6 months
