This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Working collaboratively with customers, key opinion leaders, and end-users to understand future product requirements
  • Support bringing new and existing features for the Atellica Software to market to serve new customer needs and market trends, developing and presenting business proposals for product/portfolio strategic initiatives
  • Manage incoming Improvement ideas for Atellica Software and collaborate with other product managers and functions to develop roadmap
  • Establish competitive overview for Atellica Software and research for value adding services to the Atellica Solution platform
  • Manage product health activities for Atellica Solution Software

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required for successful interaction with members across all functions (e.g. Customer Service, R&D)
  • Capable of leading cross-functional teams
  • Relationship development with customers and country sales and marketing organizations is required to clearly understand customer needs and translate those needs into actionable requirements
  • Direct experience in delivering product using iterative or Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM)
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze large amounts of data for analytical projects and translate that data into sound insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate value proposition and technical information to a range of customer and internal audiences.
  • Proficiency in Virtual Machine applications (e.g. Hyper V, VMWare VBox), Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visual Basic, Visual Studio. 

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Education: B.S. Clinical Laboratory Science/Med Tech, Life Sciences or Bioinformatics / Computer Science undergrad. MBA or relevant Masters highly preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience. IVD experience, in Clinical Chemistry or laboratory highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling businesses and product management.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Willing to travel up to 30%
