We are looking for a candidate with procurement background for the positon of Procurement application support.
Your tasks would be:
• Testing new functionalities / releases / updates /bug fixes.
• Sync with Business Application Owner and Service Management.
• Execution 2nd level support (ticket questions).
• Support Communication/FAQs/Channel maintenance/Other Support.
• Rollout/Carve Out activities (Execute ARE onboarding,ESN AI activation).
• Update news widget / Downtimes widgets.
• IP handling process.
• Intranet maintance.
• Update of trainings material.
• Idea collection for functional improvement.
• Yammer group posting.
You should have:
• Operational Procurement background.
• Very good knowledge of German and English language.
• Procurement application know how as advantage.
