As a CRM Business Analyst, you directly help our business transform and solve complex problems. You will analyze, define, implement, test and support projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of the customers, the business, the commercial process and technology. In this role you are a valued team member, serving as a liaison between the CRM team and our business to deliver outstanding results.

The individual will advocate the business needs for the best technology design and development. Act as an organizational champion and change ambassador. Conduct deep-dive assessments of commercial process, document assessed processes and make improvement proposals. Support the design of reports & dashboards to execute better CRM practices and improve commercial effectiveness across Siemens Healthineers.
  • Drive the translation of business needs to functional requirements into CRM solutions, which includes working with a cross-function team of Marketing, Sales and IT experts.
  • Contribute to the transfer of functional requirements to proposal development to technical development and to testing teams
  • Automate business processes, reduce technical steps and increase data hygiene and volume
  • Research new technologies and potential bolt-ons in the market
  • Contribute to scoping, approach and estimations of bigger work items
  • Contribute and participate in technology demonstrations and presentations
  • Provide good quality handovers of upcoming changes to the technical process to education and hypercare teams to delivery good quality to the end users
  • Support business readiness and adoption for all system changes (incl. communication and education plans, post go live programs, feedback channels and appropriate metrics)
  • Build and maintain excellent knowledge repository of all process and change documentation to enable better and more efficient team collaboration
  • Bachelors/University level degree or equivalent in related business/management information systems, computer science, marketing or operations field required
  • At least 5 years of work experience in sales or business operations and planning, CRM planning/administration or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience leveraging technology and data to positively impact business outcomes is required
  • At least 5 years of business process design or re-engineering
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales domains regarding customers, products, systems and end-to-end processes
  • Knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud/ Tacton CPQ or similar CRM environment
  • Experience in supporting CRM for a large business (1000+ users) is preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and able to build strong relationships
  • Able to effectively lead topics and facilitate workshops
  • Highly effective communicator: able to present and highlight value of what we do for different business audiences 
  • Skilled in business analysis techniques such as extracting business needs, gathering requirements through documented use cases/user stories
  • Skilled in demand prioritization methodologies
  • Proven ability to analyze and understand complex business processes, tool and data architecture, a plus
  • Business process and value chain mapping, a plus
  • Highly motivated self-starter and able to drive others to meet scheduled deadlines in fast-paced business environment
  • Must be adept in use of Office365 and CRM systems.
