Service Sales Specialist

Job Description

Areas of Responsibility:
Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet aggressive sales goals
Collect, analyze, and utilize market intelligence regarding competitive products, customer needs, preferences, and buying habits
Build relationships with key customers to enhance Siemens’s long-term business prospects.
Provide accurate and timely of specification interpretation, quotation, and technical support
Prepare and present detailed proposals to customers using company price and delivery guidelines while using sound business judgment
Communicate with customers, service operations, and plants to facilitate timely problem resolution
Collaborate and share information with management and service teams to generate team wins
Aware of and responsive to market conditions and competitive activities while communicating such information to BU
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related 
Minimum three (3) years’ experience within the electrical and automation industries
Knowledge of customers within sales territories
Time management, presentation, and planning skills
Commands knowledge of electrical and automation products and service capabilities and can assemble standard offerings to meet customer needs with occasional internal oversight
The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers
Possesses an understanding of the sales process using sales techniques as evidenced by good customer relationships
Demonstrated and understanding of market trends, industry issues and knowledge of competitors
Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills
Ability to leverage support personnel to meet customer and organizational needs
Skilled in CRM sales management tools, ex. Salesforce, would be advantaged
English proficiencies is a must
