New Product Development and Sales Enablement Specialist

Job Description

Siemens Financial Services (SFS) Commercial Finance (COF) environment is constantly evolving and growing.

To support our efforts to drive new business around a continuously improving customer experience in this exciting environment, we are looking for an upbeat finance professional to join our New Product Development & Sales Enablement team within our Commercial Finance Americas group.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume co-ownership and continue to develop our CRM apps as sparring partner with the other stakeholders
  • Sales reporting: Take inventory of existing Sales reports and develop target future state and scorecard
  • Represent Sales in cross-departmental tasks and projects
  • Build product and process documentation, conduct trainings
  • Assume ownership of central Sales initiatives
  • Market analysis, business case, and operational implementation for new market entries (new geographies and industry segments)
  • Research and development for XaaS (Servitization) products/managed services, pay-per-use products, as well as subscription models and new products in alignment with Siemens’ DEGREE framework for sustainability
  • End-to-end mapping of Sales processes and customer journeys to constantly improve our products

Qualifications:

New Product Development and Sales Enablement Specialist you will need 5+ years of professional experience in commercial finance in North American markets.

As a New Product Development and Sales Enablement Specialist - Associate you will need 3+ years of professional experience in commercial finance in North American markets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analysis, International Business, Business Administration, or closely related field
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software, as well as Tableau or similar data query / visualization software
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills and actively build relationships
  • Experience with workflow modeling, digitalization projects, and/or lean concepts
  • Experience with software finance, servitization and pay-per-use products, as well as subscription financing a plus
