The position involves accurate and efficient assembly of j-body sensors and sensor modules. Duties include all steps from automated and manual cleaning processes of incoming parts through sub-assembly of intermediate components to final assembly of finished j-body sensors and sensor modules.
Major Tasks of Position:
- Accurate inventory management.
- Parts preparation of sub-assemblies: operation of ultrasonic cleaning equipment, visual defect inspection, in-process quality checks and decisions, and accurate record keeping.
- Assembly of sensor modules: includes wafer singulation, visual defect inspection, and module assembly utilizing both manual and automated processes. Accurate record keeping both manual and electronic.
- Assembly of j-body sensors: hand assembly of sensors and sub-assemblies, operation of ultrasonic welding equipment, operation of inkjet printer and foil pouch sealer. Utilization of both manual and electronic record keeping.
Minimum requirements/ capabilities required:
Basic computer skills. Good time management and organization skills.
Education: High School Diploma and 0-1 years of relevant work experience.
