Responsibilities:

·     Financial liaison between Southeast Zone and Corporate Headquarters- providing complex financial and operational analysis including month end closing and reporting, cost center variance analyses, and general business/financial support to business, including solutions, services, and energy projects

·     Constantly developing & modifying financial systems and models for actuals vs forecasts; including the creation of multiple standardized monthly reports improving efficiencies and accuracy

·     Strong financial analysis and excellent SAP skills

·     Participate in information and knowledge sharing with analysts across Nation

·     Labor Rate Workbooks lead- file preparation, responsible for instruction and information sharing with Southeast Operations Mangers via Circuit/MS Teams presentations.  Responsible for the below-

·     Utilizing strong communication skills and working collaboratively with zone management, Branch General Managers, Sales Managers, Operations Managers and the Business Unit Headquarters- requires a lot of interpersonal interaction and very good communication skills

·     Supports Zone Management with ad hoc analysis, auditing and other tasks

  • Oversees Zone/Branch COS spending, including analysis and forecasting- i.e: absorption monitoring, Order Intake tracking, branch cost reviews, utilization reporting, rates analysis
  • Continuous auditing of Negative Cost to Complete on projects- Reviewing and monitoring jobs 3x a month and working with Operations Managers and ZOMs to reduce negative costs to complete in order to increase job performance
  • Settlement, re-opening and financially closing of SER and SOL projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting 

  • 4-6 years of work experience 

  • Experience with reporting platforms like SAP, ClickView, Adobe Analytics • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Experience with Hyperion and Excel.

  • Experience with process improvement and implementations and automations Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: • Self-Motivated • Strong customer focus and awareness

  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in support of team and organizational KPIs

  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external teams

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively

  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving meaningful results

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication skills

  • Advanced knowledge in using reporting and presentation tools

  • Strong ability to troubleshoot issues using tools, analyze the data, and present the findings
