We, as Digital Enterprise & Digital Services Alliance Management Team, driving digital transformation jointly together with Partners, no matter in which phase the customers are on their digital journey: from the start when defining where to go, over implementing defined projects, up to optimizing their business continuously. We develop a tailor-made digitalization strategy and roadmap in co-creation with our partners driving the Digital Enterprise market development.

To strengthens our service offerings, we are working closely with selected trusted alliance partner to offer our customers best in class seamless End to End solutions, exceeding customer expectations. Our Strategic Alliance Managers have a passion to engage with a wide range of key stakeholder within our ecosystem. Our partners are leading technology provider, system integrators, strategic consultant firms and Hyperscaler- such as IT Supplier. Jointly with our partners we transform industry changes and customer challenges in a manufacturing setting into innovative customer solutions based on optimized process blueprints.

What part will you play?

You develop and manage our partnerships to create unique joint value propositions to our Digital Enterprise portfolio

·       You establish a strong relationship with key decision-makers on the partner side

·       You build innovative joint value propositions with our partners, by identifying partner-specific solutions and value propositions based on our and the partners technology, methodology and tools

·       You manage complex contract negotiations involving legal, marketing and business

·       You are responsible for building and maintaining a successful partner relationship by defining and executing a joint business plan and consequently initiating indirect sales revenue

·       You align with partners on key marketing initiatives, plan and run joint marketing campaigns and organize events that generate demand

·       You engage and enable partner field sales organizations to create and drive revenue growth

·       Prepare and give business reviews to Siemens and partner senior leaders

·       You actively contribute to cultivating an environment of collaboration, willingness, creativity, and continuous improvement

Minimum Requirements

·       Completed Bachelor’s degree and have at least 10+ years of recent experience working in Go to Market (GTM) sales models, business development, or alliance management.

·       Must currently reside in the continental USA (Strong preference for greater Dallas, TX area but almost any US location is acceptable).

·       Experience selling Data Driven software solutions (ie. Enterprise Software solutions), or something closely related.

·       Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

·       Fluent in English (German language skills are a plus).

·       Applicants will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the USA. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the USA.

Preferred Requirements:

·       Ideally, you have some experience within the customer supply chain in industrial companies, especially a deep understanding of the development process, production planning and execution, shop floor processes and service

·       We would be glad, if you are familiar with the Siemens Digital Enterprise Portfolio – if not, we are happy to train you
