What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure:

Siemens is primed for future growth, redefining Smart Buildings and bringing game changing IoT software technology into buildings. We’re looking for the brightest minds to help drive that transformation. Our IoT platform for smart buildings with groundbreaking cloud applications, collects data in real-time and we are building exciting use cases for our clients as part of our newly formed Digital Buildings IoT software team.

Responsibilities

Siemens Smart Infrastructure is currently searching for an experienced Product Management professional to lead activities for the North America Region. As the Regional Product Manager for Smart Buildings IoT software at Siemens, you will:

  • Develop and ensure execution of business plans and product introduction plans in North America
  • Act as the regional subject matter expert for the product offering, leveraging close collaboration with global product management teams
  • Provide sales and operations teams with value propositions and technical expertise required to appropriately apply and cost effectively deliver solutions 
  • Ensure delivered solutions achieve the expected results and business impacts
  • Evangelize the product offering, amplifying success stories and driving growth
  • Engage new and existing users to ensure success and continued subscription renewals
  • Manage cross-functional activities related to training, documentation, tools, sales, marketing, pricing, and logistics
  • Represent the voice of the customer within the global organization, with understanding of the user experience, and the evolving needs of our customers
  • Identify and champion local customer and market product requirements
  • Research, develop and maintain competitive information resources.
  • Keep abreast of and disseminate new product and industry knowledge to team members.
  • Display a strong team-player attitude by collaborating effectively with a matrix-structured, internal network of stakeholders.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Experience managing and growing enterprise accounts in a SaaS business (preferably with ARR >$1M)
  • A customer-centric and empathetic mindset, focused on delivering impact and supporting customers towards their business goals
  • Effective communicator, able to conduct business at senior level with executive sponsors and buyers, effectively escalate issues, and share customer needs and stories with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Ability to listen and identify customer challenges, train effectively, formulate solutions, and recognize sales opportunities
  • Strong team player and collaborator, with robust interpersonal skills that consistently foster positive working relationships
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate, facility management, energy services, or building automation industries
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time, as required
  • This position requires employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption
