Then come and join our global team as Product Manager (f/m/d) for Software and Cyber Security in Magnetic Resonance to contribute to the success of Siemens Healthineers.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You drive the strategy of our modality specific Software (Magnetic Resonance Imaging-SW and Modality Viewer). You will align this strategy with all relevant stakeholders of our product lines and our software value streams
  • You drive the alignment of the Software Strategy with our cross-modality SW platform supplier and you will be responsible for the corresponding communication at MR
  • You are responsible for overarching software topics from a product manager perspective. This includes requirement engineering and monitoring the corresponding implementation
  • As Product Manager for Cybersecurity you will drive and support cross-functional cybersecurity topics for your business line from a product management perspective. You work hand in hand with the PSSO (Principal Product & Solution Security Officer)
  • In addition, you will provide support on software topics that affect our installed MR systems

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a degree in a medical, technical or scientific field. A PhD in one of the corresponding fields is also an advantage
  • You convince with many years of professional experience in the software product management or software environment
  • Ideally, you have experience with software development methods and strategies
  • Knowledge in the field of magnetic resonance imaging is an advantage

Your attributes and skills:

  • You have strong communication skills and excellent English language skills that enable you to communicate easily and at eye level with different business units, cultures and management levels in an international environment. German language skills are an advantage
  • You are a motivated team player and enjoy working in cross-organizational constellations
  • You have the special ability to inspire others and to convince them of your ideas
  • You score with creativity and initiative
  • It is in your nature to question the existing. You like to develop new solutions and thus bring new impulses to your own team and the entire organization
  • A "can do" mentality, a structured way of working, the ability to develop new concepts and to communicate your ideas convincingly round off your profile
