Sr. Finance Manager, Supplier Management

Job Description

As the Sr Manager Finance – Supplier Management, you will play the key role in providing financial oversight for Customer Services related to all non-Siemens equipment.  As a trusted partner to the Supplier Management VP, the controller provides expert analysis and advice, financial and KPI reporting and identifies business improvement opportunities and risk.  This business segment has been identified as a key area for growth and the Sr. Finance Manager will play an important role in supporting achievement of the growth targets while maintaining successful financial outcomes.  
 
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Supplier Management VP to implement growth strategy
  • Lead and develop a team responsible for project costing, value added services oversight, and non-conformance reporting.   
  • Develop and enhance reporting tools to identify improvement areas
  • Approve and implement supplier agreements while minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with departmental and corporate requirements.
  • Drive improvements to ISM project costing to balance growth targets with profitability requirements
  • Partner with OEM product manager to identify risks and opportunities in the core business third party value chain.
  • Develop ROI calculations in support of ISM transformation.
  • Plan and implement field labor activity volume and rates in support of ISM insourcing
Experience:

  • Ability to establish processes that minimize waste and complexity
  • Change Driver – Promotes and adapts approach, goals, and methods to achieve solutions and results in dynamic situations
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Direct Management or demonstrated leadership experiences
  • Focuses on results and desired outcomes and how best to achieve them. 
  • 8-10 years experience in P&L Controlling, FP&A or similar function.
