Your new role

  • You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with focus on achieving the best user satisfaction.
  • Together with external providers, you will ensure service availability, service continuity and monitor that the service meets the agreed SLAs.
  • You will coordinate and develop unit and integration tests for service introduction and document new processes.
  • You will drive changes, updates and releases without service disruption globally and locally.
  • You will support change approval processes following IT security policies and Governance & Enterprise Architecture Guidelines.
  • You will be responsible for the cost and resource planning for the Platform.

Your qualifications

  • The cornerstone of your professional success is a degree (Bachelor) in IT, informatics or business informatics. Alternatively, you can show a comparable training in conjunction with corresponding additional qualifications.
  • As well you need initial implementation experiences with Dynamics 365 and any of the following (certifications desired): Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation, Dynamics 365 Marketing.
  • You are experienced in servicing a multi-tenant D365 landscape.
  • You understand Azure PaaS, Azure DevOps
  • You are able to lead projects and other initiatives
  • You have a strong passion for Dynamics 365 and associated Microsoft and other new technologies.
  • You are flexible to work with people in different time zones.
  • You are able to drive change, strategic thinking.
  • You are excellent in verbal and written communication.
  • You have worked with different external companies together in a project or for change requests as a functional lead.
  • You have an hands-on mentality with the ability and willingness to work as part of a team, it is easy for you to analyze complex issues and to present them clearly and comprehensibly.
  • In addition you enjoy shaping and implementing change. In doing so, you are characterized by a high degree of personal responsibility, goal orientation, the ability to deal with conflicts and a willingness to take responsibility
  • You communicate actively in an international environment and are characterized by cross-divisional thinking in value streams
  • Your negotiation skills in English are a prerequisite
