What part will you play?
  • You manage the products, solutions and/or services of the power electronic portfolio for string inverters with full responsibility for the results, including defining the customer and market requirements, growth & profit strategies, business planning, portfolio road mapping
  • You support the selection and qualification of suppliers
  • Also, you constantly observe relevant competitors' products, solutions and/or services, and conduct market analysis’s 
  • You define portfolio marketing strategies and concepts (product/solution/service, price, placement, promotion, new business models)
  • Moreover, you drive the relevant qualifications for the allocated product portfolio
  • Additionally, you establish and manage or synchronize a cross-functional team to realize the development of the products, solutions and/or services
  • You drive the business performance of the products, solutions and/or services assigned over the whole product lifecycle in cooperation with all partners over the whole process chain (R&D/ SCM/ CRM), e.g. product specifications for development
  • You contribute to activities to continuously improve the portfolio lifecycle management as well as yo actively support sales and execution (e.g., pre-qualifications, models, certifications)
  • The Training of sales staff and partners’ network is also in your responsibility 
  • Also you deliver sales and service documentation jointly with marketing for the allocated portfolio
What you need to make real what matters.
  • The basis of your success is a degree  in Engineering, e.g. Electrical Engineering 
  • You bring experience in managing complex cross- functional teams without direct authority, and working with international teams
  • Also, you have experience managing and balancing stakeholder expectations
  • You are experienced working directly with customers and translating customer needs into product requirements
  • You have experience in writing business plans as well as in the area of power electronics and associated systems 
  • Additionally, you bring comprehensive knowledge of energy systems and converter technology 
  • Professional experience in the field of portfolio management also belongs to your profile
  • You are established in network and contacts within the PV and BESS industry
  • Fluent English and German are a necessity
