This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Global Customer Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • You will collaborate with different organizational functions and teams across Laboratory Diagnostics (LD) and Customer Service to increase the customer satisfaction level and through that increase the revenue per analyzer of Atellica Solution customers worldwide
  • In your activities, you will partner with local Sales, Marketing, Service, and Customer Advocate colleagues to understand current customer challenges, operational workflow expectations, as well as future business objectives
  • You will closely work with the Atellica Solution Customer Advocate community to strategically monitor the customer satisfaction level of Atellica Solution customers and support local teams in addressing and solving current challenges that cause customer distress
  • You will utilize different channels to measure the customer experience and satisfaction level along the entire customer journey and make these insights accessible to LD Product Managers and R&D counterparts to help develop a customer-centric roadmap
  • As core enabler, you will create an end-to-end process for Improvement Ideas that connects customer inputs with R&D efforts for future product improvements and enhancements

  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and can analyze a diverse set of customer information and data to translate them into sound findings and insights for the organization
  • You can work independently as well as in an in-person/remote team setting
  • You have a growth mindset, demonstrate flexibility and creativity in organizational approaches to solving customer issues and providing solutions that require cross-functional teams to collaborate
  • You are structured and organized in your work approach and know how to effectively manage a project with milestones and key performance indicators in place

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience required
  • Experience in the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) business and industry required
  • Experience in customer relationship/experience management, business management, product management, or business development preferred
  • Willing to travel up to 30%
