LDA Senior SCM Controller (天津或北京)

Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

1)     Responsible for Procurement Controlling and Reporting in the assigned area of responsibility, e.g. HUB-CN GL&VS, Project business, consulting locations’ (SEDL/SEDS) Procurement

-        Self-dependent and reliable execution of the reporting/controlling function to provide a regular (management) information system via Qlik Sense and to establish data transparency within defined area of responsibility, such as global value sourcing (GVS)

-        Adherence to and deployment of superordinated requirements (guidelines, KPIs) and controlling tools to secure a consequent process compliance

-        Coordination and controlling of the monthly YTD, forecast as well as budget planning and reporting for the LDA HUB-CN, in alignment with other relevant organizational units (Locations) and LDA Procurement

-        Execution of the Procurement reporting/controlling function, and optimization of controlling processes

-        Functional responsibility for CNI reporting factory SEDL and SEDS. Ensure accurate, in-time reporting in the respective tools CoRe, OPW and Dashes. Focus on data quality (ESN, PPC variation, FC accuracy) in the respective tools

2)     Engagement on the global projects of LDA procurement controlling

-        fulfill global controlling tasks for defined area of responsibility and / or regions

-        actively support to establish an efficient and lean procurement controlling approach in the new LD environment after carve out

-        take over defined tasks and projects assigned from HQ

3)     Development of complex and comprehensive (ad-hoc) analyses, concepts, presentations, and other support to lay an objective and reliable foundation for management decisions

4)     Creating basis for target- and result-oriented controlling

5)     Initiative digitalization of controlling, e.g. KPI dashboard

6)     Facilitation of functional excellence of SCM and implementation

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1)     At least 10 years working experience with min. 6 years working in Procurement area, controlling or related function

2)     Excellent ability in learning new knowledge, excellent in data analysis and problem solving

3)     Proficient in at least one visualization tool, such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, etc.

4)     Good at English and Chinese both in spoken and written

5)     Good communication skill and teamwork spirit
