Logistics Officer (1-year Contract)


The successful candidate will take the responsibility of product planning, inventory control, supplier management and inbound distribution management.  The primary responsibilities include:

·       Handling Operational Procurement

·       Formulating demand planning periodically and monitoring forecast accuracy

·       Performing inventory control activities

·       Assisting in supplier management

·       Scheduling of Sales Order

·       Maintaining material master in SAP

·       Delivering any ad hoc duties as assigned

·       Supporting Logistic related topics as PL-L in phase-in/out products

·       Leading/ coordinating Logistic related topics with crossing function dept.


Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

·       Degree holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics or related disciplines

·       1~ 2 years’ relevant solid experience in product planning, inventory control and operational purchasing, preferably gained from MNC

·       SAP and SAP APO knowledge will be a plus

·       Good analytical and communication skills

·       Self- motivated, independent and able to work under pressure

·       High proficiency in both written & spoken English, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage

·       Well-versed in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc

·       Diligent and devoted, professional, open minded, active and good at analyzing & communication, excellent teamwork sense

·       Be willing to take challenge and learn new things
