Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly and Quarterly Actuals reporting and financial analysis on main KPI’s for Trade Accounts Receivable
  • Past Due Balance and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).  
  • Monthly presentations to executive management reporting out results on KPI’s against targets.
  • KPI annual target setting.
  • Analysis of customer extended payment terms.
  • Facilitates Global Past Dues forecasting process.
  • Management and development of Tableau and Business Objects reports and Dashboards.
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Job Qualifications - Must have:

- 3+ years of financial experience

- Strong and confident MS Excel user (vlookup, sumifs, pivots)

- Ability to understand complex Excel models

- Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports

- Intermediate Powerpoint skills

- Must be able to work with minimal supervision

- Attention to detail, well organized

- Strong skills in working with large sets of data

- High level of integrity and dependability


Job Qualifications - Preferred:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferably Finance, Accounting or similar field

- SAP experience is preferred but not critical

- Tableau skills preferred but can be learnt/developed in position

- Intermediate Business Objects

- Basic knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud

- Basic knowledge of SAP S4 Hana / Fiori

- Basic knowledge of Hyperion

- Experience in multi-cultural work environment
