What part will you play?
  • You will be a member of the team responsible for planning, designing and implementing innovative transformation projects to drive forward digitalization in our customers’ Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes.
  • You will assist in recording and analyzing the existing processes, carrying out assessments, and drawing up a solution concept for optimization based on our innovative service portfolio and our digital automation platforms (such as NextGenP2P).
  • Taking the data acquired and the analyses performed as your basis, you will prepare reliable profitability analyses which set out the long-term benefit for our customers transparently and sustainably.
  • You will also draw up the schedule for implementation and for the required resources.
  • You will provide support for bid preparation, contract negotiations and the implementation of the solutions. 
What you need to make real what matters.
  • As the basis for your success, you have completed a master's degree in business management, engineering or IT. 
  • You have several years of professional experience (5+ years) of project and process management in the area of transactional, complex and digital services.
  • You have experience in the area of accounts payable accounting (organization, processes and workflows, and IT systems, in particular ERP and workflow systems), including the preparation of feasibility analyses and profitability analyses.
  • Experience in project teams at the international level (especially North America, Eastern Europe, Asia/India) would be desirable.
  • Your personal qualities include a keen analytical mindset, a focus on results and a customer-centric approach; you are also an excellent communicator, especially when dealing with our customers. 
  • Business-fluent German and English as well as intercultural competence round off your profile. A third foreign language would be desirable.
