Therefor eMobility Infrastructure needs to grow > 30%. We will provide the end-to-end charging solutions for multiple customer applications. We offer intelligent energy management systems which can combine EV charging infrastructure with battery storage systems and renewable energy generation. What part will you play?
  • You are the key contact partner for important enterprise fleet customers to
    • Coordinate execution and operations of customers fleet charging contracts
    • Develop the strategy for scaling with these enterprise customers
    • Ensure customer satisfaction for the fleet charging services
    • Identify the needs of enterprise fleet customers
  • You ensure and drive the roll-out of the charging services according to customer contract
  • You ensure and continuously improve the sustainable operation for these customers
  • Moreover, you create transparency regarding service performance based on dashboarding and KPIs
  • You build-up blueprints and best practices for execution and operations
  • Also, you actively exchange with other project teams for knowledge sharing
  • You provide customer feedback regarding services and operation to product management team
  • Moreover, you strongly collaborate with the Sales team to ensure customer success
What you need to make real what matters.
  • The basis of your success is a master´s degree in IT, commercial or engineering
  • You have long-term experience in the area of managing eMobility, or customer facing services especially from a full-service provider prospective
  • You have knowledge and experience in car fleet services
  • You have a strong customer focus and hands-on mentality
  • Also, you are fast in learning new tool especially IT and operational tools
  • You are experienced in Salesforce, Zuora and or other CRM systems
  • You speak German and English fluently
