Manufacturing Manger – new state of the art facility – design and implement world class production processes

Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to project lead production processes for our newly planned state pf the art facility planned to open in 2024.  At the end of the project, you will then be leading and managing a large team for one of our process areas.

As our Manufacturing Project Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing world class production processes both operational and people while delivering against project milestones to ensure on-time execution.

If you were already up and running in this project coordinator role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week

·         Providing leadership within the new facility project team, to ensure that our solutions are aligned to meet our future manufacturing needs.

·    Developing & driving activities to deliver project milestones in preparation of facility opening in early 2024.

·        Engaging with external consultants to develop the best-in-class working time solutions for our operations team.

·        Ensuring there is a local ‘line of sight’ for the Operations pillar project elements into the operations team.

To succeed in this Manufacturing Manager role, you will need a detailed understanding of manufacturing principles and processes. You will also require the following

·         Experience leading large teams in a manufacturing environment.

·        Knowledge of working time solutions and the ability to analyse and evaluate options leading to valid conclusions and proposals.

·        Demonstrated ability to influence people at all levels in a large complex business. Experience leading successful significant business change projects. The ability to clearly communicate a business case.
