Service Engineer - Digital Industries

As a technical service engineer or project technical manager, you will be responsible for executing the project in digital industry, including SCADA, Crane, PLC, Drive system configuration, commissioning, maintain service, customer training, etc.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing projects with high quality and customer’s satisfaction.
  • Reasonably define & monitor key project milestones in entire project schedule.
  • Ability for working breakdown and arrange resource to finish installation, configuration, development, deployment, testing, etc. accordingly
  • Commissioning in the end-user for control and drive system based in PLC / HMI / SCADA / motion control / Communication network, and so on
  • Provide technical support to sales
  • Provide aftersales and maintain service to customer
  • Production training of control system for the customer 
  • Study (Digital Solution) modules / SIEMENS Digital portfolios and be able to use hardware and software and know some solution from 3rd party
  • Collaborate cross departments in Siemens for project execution and knowledge sharing

Main Requirements

  • Be familiar with SIEMENS digital solution in Water & Waste-Water/HVAC/Crane, etc.
  • Be familiar with SIEMENS PLC and HMI Program
  • Be familiar with Motion control system and drive low voltage motor
  • Bachelor degree or above in automation or related 
  • Programming and commissioning engineer experience more than 3 years
  • Good command of both Chinese and English
  • Good communication skill and cooperation spirit
  • Independent work capability on site
  • Conflict management internally & externally
  • Willing to study new knowledge and skills
