Job Description

Customer Service Headquarters Support (HSC) Engineer

Working in customer service headquarters, HSC engineer has the following responsibilities:
 - delivering 3rd level technical support for medical products to the Siemens Healthineers Regional Units, as well as Remote Support Centers worldwide,
 - managing hotsites (customers with critical situations)
 - providing knowledge and maintain knowledge base to improve CSE tech competence,  
 - supporting Business Lines (BL) in change process to improve product quality continuously,
 - supporting new product introduction to ensure a smooth product launch.

Experience Required:
Candidate is required with min. 3 years of field service experience or developing experience of medical imaging products.
Experience of working in a multi-culture environment is preferred. 

Language Skills Required:
Fluent spoken and written English

Education Background:
Bachelor degree or above in Engineering
