Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

  • As Global Director of "Environmental Protection, Health Management & Occupational Safety" (f/m/d), you will be part of the central department for occupational safety and environmental protection at Siemens Mobility GmbH.
  • You will lead disciplinary a team of 5 employees, the Head of EHS Germany with a team of 16 employees, as well as functional management of the EHS officers in the regions and Business Units. You will report to the Head of Business Excellence at Siemens Mobility.
  • As a valued business partner (f/m/d) you will support the Siemens Mobility management in organizing EHS issues in the company and in fulfilling their supervisory responsibilities.
  • You will also prepare an annual EHS reporting of the regions that convinces all stakeholders.
  • You will perform global audits to maintain the EHS management system, always keeping an eye on target achievement within projects.
  • Based on your holistic understanding of EHS, you will organize and moderate international workshops – in the spirit of 'Moving beyond.'
  • In order to support our top management, you will constantly develop the global EHS culture within the company.

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

  • You have a technical degree (Master), preferably in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or environmental engineering.
  • In addition, you have long-term professional and leadership experience as an EHS Manager, gained in engineering and/or in a staff function in an industrial or production-related environment.
  • Furthermore, you are familiar with all current EHS regulations and processes. Auditor training for EHS is an advantage.
  • You impress with your experience in conception and roll out of EHS programs, especially in the area of occupational health and safety.
  • Thanks to your structured and goal-oriented way of working, you communicate confidently as well as fact- and solution-oriented at management level.
  • For your task in global management responsibility, you are fluent in German and English and be willing to travel worldwide.
