The Global Business Services (GBS) and is an internal provider of services in accounting, HR administration and Supply Chain Management. We are looking for a candidate to join our procurement department in Prague or Ostrava for the position of Customer Service and Procurement specialist with Swedish and English language.
Your tasks will be:
• Being in close contact with requester and the suppliers supporting the procurement process.
• Providing assistance for questions and problems related to PO creation and other procurement topics.
• Ensuring correct buying according to company procurement guidelines and regulations.
• Creation and clarification of PO requisitions and Invoice clarification.
• Supporting strategic buyers and the SCM organization to optimize the process.
What we require:
• Knowledge of Swedish language and English.
• Very good communication and virtual collaboration skills.
• Team player.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• SAP or OneSRM knowledge as advantage.
• Procurement knowledge as advantage.
