SHL Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

Mission/Position Headline:       

To work as a digital marketing manager who commits to digital related projects, with focus on marketing and business engagement perspective.

For the person who shall be passionate about working for Digital Markerting, Platform Promotion, Content Marketing, (Social) CRM and stay with the best practices and creative mode to enhance online achievements, and support business growth with trackable working plans behind.

Areas of Responsibilities:           

Platform Promotion:

•             Online and hybrid promotion targeting key digital projects such as online training, to offer a clear, reachable plan and execute with key achievements to increase HCP/HCO influence from both earned media, paid media and industry media perspective.

•             Cooperate with business team in promoting key platforms through offline & online cases.

•             Explore other possible promotional channels with investigation and ROI analysis in advance, deliver in trackable measurement to improve continuously.

Platform Operation Management:

•             Manage online training, SCRM activity and live broadcasting platform as main responsible role for user experiences and function/coverage improvements.

•             Drive contents’ operational update plan and execution together with other stuffs from co-opeatrion as one team.

E-Commerce:

•             Cooperate on the projects targeting paid courses/services, achieving revenue growth in all creative channels such as company E-commerce, WeChat and JD.

•             Focus on driving business electronation achievements to meet target KPIs for dedicated BA(s) to improve certain market’s coverage.

Content Marketing in Business Area:

•             Explore and consolidate contents as new category to help predict user purchasing behaviors and make contiously update by align with business team regularly. 

•             Industry study and operate A/B tests with effieciveness to generate better content plan together with BA on certain business target areas, e.g. primary/none-public coverage.

Account-based marketing on conversion:

•             Engage with terrioty team, using CDP and ABM tools with O2O projects to offer the closer realtionship by data insights between sales and customers to help assist on conversion, with proven track result behind.

•             Activation as one team also to offer precising touch-points after alignment through reachable channels to achieve purposes.

This role contains targets as below:

-             Promotion and  Opeartion with trackable efforts and results

-             ROI and deals tracking for all business electronization/enablement portals

-             Content marketing achievement with measure KPI settings e.g. professional contents

-             Conversion’s feedback both from sales and numbers proven

Education and Experience

•             At least 6 years working experience in digital marketing/ E-commerce / business IT related fields, ideally in an MNC environment and have strong business awareness.

•             Similar background with digitalization in B2C, or B2B  in same industry will be a plus.

•             Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Information Management/Marketing/Business Administration/Communications/Advertisement/IT/E-Commerce or equivalent business experience.

•             Proven history of marketing/sales role or business IT/CRM background will be a plus.

•             Strong passionate about digital creative projects and business-driven mindset, capable to work under pressure and offer team spirit, together with capability to inspire other team members

•             Quick-learning capability for IT software and technology with business-driven mind to think of insights.

•             Project management skills, especially to track project timeline and manage internal resources.

•             Fluent in English and Chinese both for writing and speaking.
