Tool Support Engineer for 'MedTrace/SystemTrace' tool

Job Description


·      MCA degree/Diploma holder/engineering degree (Electronics/Comp. Sc.) with 3 – 4 of experience in tool support in a service industry.

Field of activity:

·      Tool service for Polarion, covering 2nd level support for users and user training

·      If required, escalation of issues to SHS IT organization

·      Interface to R&D stakeholders: collection of new demands and feedback

Methodological skills:

  1. practical experience in backlog handling including prioritization
  2. experience in agile way of working in general
  3. experience in tool service organization

Technical skills (according to priority):

  1. comprehensive knowledge of requirements engineering process
  2. good understanding of Polarion workflows
  3. experience in the use of software development tools:

                             Defect management:                                             MS AzureDevOps

                             Work Item tracking:                                                MS AzureDevOps
