Job Description

Experience:  

·      MCA degree /engineering degree (Electronics/Comp. Sc.) with 3 – 4 of experience in handling tool support for ‘Work Item Tracking’ and ‘Defect Management’ in Azure DevOps.

Field of activity:

·      Tool service for AzureDevOps Work Item Tracking and Defect Management,
covering 2nd level support for users and user training

·      If required, escalation of issues to SHS IT organization

Competences:

  1. initiative and the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new topics
  2. high ability to understand user needs accompanied by high level of empathy for users
  3. high level of cooperativeness in an international setting
  4. ability to work in a team
  5. high level of proactive communicativeness

Methodological skills:

  1. experience in agile way of working in general
  2. experience in tool service organization

Technical skills (according to priority):

  1. comprehensive knowledge of AzureDevOps tool suite
  2. good understanding of backlog process and defect management process
  3. practical experience in backlog handling including prioritization in AzureDevOps
  4. practical experience in defect management in AzureDevOps

Self-evident

  1. MS Office tools
