Change the future with us and What are my responsibilities?

The main responsibility of this role is to design, develop and unit / integration test software application in accordance to the requirements and organizational quality norms.

Implementation of features and/or bug-fixing and delivering solutions adhering to coding and quality guidelines

Identification and implementation of (unit/integration) tests to ensure solution addresses customer requirements and does not cause impact to working base

Performing code review, providing documentation (requirement/design/test specification) inputs, and ensuring delivery conforms to organization and project quality processes

Convey the projects status and blockers. Identify the risks and support in mitigating the risks in the development areas

Develop and maintain good professional working relationships, especially within the team and with those who interact regularly.

What do I need to qualify for this job?       

We are looking for  BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / ME or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of experience.

Must to have:

C language on Windows, multithread programming - Advanced

Basic C++, OOPS programming skills, Design principles & patterns

Strong in Visual studio

Good hands on experience in .NET, windows file service (SMB, NFS) registry and powershell.

Good knowledge on Windows network programming

Good knowledge on windows Secure boot(UEFI), UAC, Defender.

Good to have

Knowledge in Qt framework

Experience skills on cross platform services development with Windows and Linux

Good knowledge on Secure coding

Work experience in HMI/GUI development for Windows

Conversant with typical software development processes / methodologies/ agile processes and exposure in working with multi-site global teams.

Experience in leading teams or scrum mastership

Knowledge about Software Engineering Tools and processes

Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)

Configuration management tools (e.g. Clear case)

Soft skills

Good communication skills
