SaaS Operations Marketing Specialist

Job Description

Siemens Digital Industries Software empowers learners to create a more innovative sustainable future. We are looking for a dynamic professional for this individual contributor role to support our transformation to Software as a Service (SaaS) through our global academic program.

Position Overview:

  • The Main objective of the position is to support the organization’s transition to SaaS.
  • This role will have an important impact in driving academic market adoption.
  • This position is an individual contributor role in the strategy organization reporting to the Senior Director of the global academic program.

  • Define marketing strategy and manage campaign development and execution for SaaS adoption.
  • Conduct market analysis and listening sessions to drive enablement assets and implementation playbooks.
  • Support internal and external communication with academic stakeholders.
  • Develop, curate and share compelling content and collateral through multiple channels of communication.
  • Deliver analyses and reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage engagement and execution project plans.
  • Establish impactful market relationships by contributing to community educator/student forums to enhance overall experience.
  • Streamline and scale processes to enhance user experience and speed adoption.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Degree in education, engineering, business or marketing.
  • 5 years minimum experience developing and implementing successful programs.
  • Ability to work well with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team player and collaborative problem-solver.
  • Quick learner of new tools and applications.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Independent, proactive and self-organized.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Knowledge of and with familiarity with software as a service.
  • Knowledge of and with familiarity with PLM and EDA software.
  • Knowledge of education technology market.
