This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Strategy Business Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the strategic planning function and the identification/development of third-party partnerships at both the enterprise and regional level reporting to the Vice President, Head of Strategy and Business Development, Americas
  • You will explore innovative business and partnership opportunities, as well as evaluating potential strategic investments, to support our strategic objectives
  • You will work with key internal stakeholder groups to develop cross-functional relationships that facilitate our business development strategy and strengthens our community in this space
  • You will engage with senior leaders across businesses and geographies by supporting market research, the development of customer-facing materials, and conducting internal/external strategy discussions
  • You will take part in the knowledge exchange with our commercial and collaboration teams to identify, develop and maintain strategic partnerships

  • You have an undergraduate degree, preferably in healthcare operations, public health, business, or a related field, with experience in healthcare strategy and/or business development
  • You have a fundamental understanding of how healthcare/MedTech companies work and an ability to confidently engage in conversation within the company across departments, linking our solutions and services to business challenges
  • You have outstanding attention to detail with the ability to drive high-visibility actions and customer-ready deliverables to completion
  • You have strong initiative and entrepreneurial approach with a desire and ability to contribute strategically as the company grows and expands
  • You have a high degree of comfort working in an unstructured environment with the ability to work well under pressure, while managing multiple priorities with varying degrees of complexity and with the agility to shift quickly without compromising on quality
  • You can handle sensitive leadership information with utmost confidentiality
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present our messaging, influence stakeholders and drive actionable results
  • You are team player who can work with a small team within a virtual, matrixed environment, while handling topics independently, self-directed, and with high responsiveness

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Superior PowerPoint and Excel skills required
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
  • Diplomacy, poise, maturity, and empathy
