SSME Service Logistics Officer-Deliver

Job Description

Mission/ Position Headline: 
The Service Logistics Officer will work in the supply chain process Deliver for the service parts supply chain of Siemens Healthineers for the Asia Pacific region. He will process service part orders from the Siemens regional units in Asia Pacific according to defined processes and work instructions and ensures the timely and correct delivery of spare parts to the customer(s), also with regards to the transports that originate from one of the warehouses in Asia Pacific or Europe. 

Areas of Responsibilities: 
1. Deliver service parts and update kits to the customers via SAP to ensure a high delivery performance -dealing mostly with less complex orders in a mostly well integrated IT environment. 
2. Operationally handle all transports towards Siemens regional units in AP. 
3. Handle service part escalations if spare part is not available but customer needs it together with national and international partners (e.g. RSC, CS ML Germany). 
4. Support various continuous improvement initiatives. 

Dimension of Function/Volume
- Processing of service part orders. 
- Handling for all transports towards the Siemens regional units from any CS ML warehouse location in Asia Pacific or Europe
