This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Global Diagnostic Content Director, you will be responsible for:

  • You will be responsible for developing strategic Marcom messaging for external audiences and selected internal sales audiences, overseeing relevance, consistency, and quality of content, and acting as marketing communications lead for cross-central lab and point of care topics
  • You will own and lead cross-franchise campaign development, including content related to topics across franchises (e.g., digitalization, services), synthesizing content within and across campaigns, simplifying and streamlining or amplifying content where needed
  • You will act as primary marketing communications support for Solutions Marketing, working with franchise teams, set up and act as point person for proof point development and promotion
  • You will be responsible for customer story mining, creation and deployment
  • You will serve as in-house editor, creating and facilitating the development and completion of high-quality content, including social media posts, web pages, thought leadership bylined articles, campaign content, and other marketing communication materials
  • You will act as liaison with Public Relations team to identify press opportunities for byline articles, customer success stories in order to increase BA/BL media reach, identify customer speaking opportunities (i.e. AACC, IFCC, launch meetings, and industry workshops etc.) in order to have the voice of the customer amplified externally

  • You have the ability to write, implement, monitor and adapt innovating content for promotional campaigns, with a heavy focus on digital and content marketing
  • You have experience with creating content that meets high standards for the channels and audiences for which they are intended, including relevance, creativity, technical and regulatory accuracy, clarity, tone and style, produced in an efficient and timely manner
  • You are able to manage multiple projects of varying scope at the same time, communicate project requirements, and work both collaboratively and independently
  • You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment, and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, English, marketing, advertising or related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in marketing or communications; experience in healthcare preferred but not required
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
