  • Responsible for inspection and compliance with the requirements set out in the welding standards
  • Technical and disciplinary management of welding supervisors
  • Operative implementation and further development of test instructions and quality standards within MF-GRZ, focusing on the welding supervisors
  • Support internal & external audits on welding supervision
  • Assessment and interpretation of process KPIs
  • Blocking of products and processes where necessary in the case of any deviations
  • Statistical evaluation of test and measurement results
  • Initiative in terms of continuous improvement and SPS
  • Expertise in various welding procedures, basic proficiency in robotics, basic proficiency in orbital welding

Use your skills to move the world forward

  • You should have minimum experience of 5-8 years along with bachelor’s degree or postgraduate in engineering along with experience in project management
  • Work experience (auditing experience, testing methodology with respect to the product)
  • Experience in the application and translation of problem solutions and fault prevention methods
  • Knowledge about quality assurance, product safety solutions, risk management
  • Understanding of IRIS, ISO 9001:2008, et seq. and other relevant Q standards
  • Good communication skills
