Then come and join our global team as OTC Data Analyst (f/m/d) to drive Siemens Healthineers forward in the area of digitalization.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will advise and support zones and countries in a global environment throughout the order to cash (OTC) lifecycle, from identifying needs to implementing solutions and monitoring of the achieved results
  • You will be responsible for conducting workshops with all involved stakeholders to capture process improvement needs and translate client objectives into impactful use cases
  • You understand end-to-end process maps and can derive appropriate activities and tasks with their representation in enterprise applications and systems
  • You will perform process and task mining analysis and create dashboards to support data-driven decision making and performance management
  • You will leverage your previous data or business process consulting experience to successfully manage internal and external stakeholders and act as an application owner in data projects
  • You will work with IT teams and our technology partner Celonis to select appropriate solutions and implement value realization measures
  • You will present the results to senior management stakeholders

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a master's degree in (business) informatics or a comparable field of study
  • You have several years of professional experience in IT consulting or in the implementation of data mining or process mining solutions (e.g. Celonis)
  • We also welcome applicants with a Bachelor's degree in combination with additional professional experience in this field
  • You have profound knowledge of SAP systems and data models
  • You have proven experience implementing enterprise-level solutions and business intelligence applications, including ETL
  • Knowledge and experience in programming languages, preferably SQL and Python, is desirable
  • You are results-oriented and have strong analytical thinking, particularly with regard to identifying potential value and business technology fit

  • You have good communication skills as well as excellent English language skills, which enable you to communicate easily and at eye level with different business units, cultures and management levels in an international environment. German language skills are an advantage
  • You are characterized by your result-oriented way of working
  • You have a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing technological and organizational environment
  • You contribute to making our company better through your progressive thinking and striving for continuous process improvement
  • You enjoy working in a team, but equally like to be self-motivated and work independently towards our common goals. Your high level of commitment and initiative will help you achieve these goals
