What are my responsibilities?

  • The Finance Business Partner’s primary focus will be on providing business support to one or more global functional business units in the company.
  • This is a senior level functional (not people management) manager position requiring strong experience and matrix management skills.
  • The position requires strong communication skills, multi-client relations and significant business experience.
  • The Finance Business Partner will play a key role in supporting the growth of the units and monitor the business to ensure that P&L and revenue recognition goals are well achieved.
  • The Finance Business Partner will partner with management to continuously improve business decisions and results as well as improve the quality of data on which decisions are made.
  • The role will support the various BU and segment leaders, while working closely with the country CFO to ensure consistency and adherence of Siemens corporate Financial policies, including revenue recognition; P&L reporting formats; allocation methodologies; financial software and reporting timetables.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • 15 years working experience in MNC, over 10 years finance related experience.
  • Master’s degree in economics law, contract law, or double major in law and economics related.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Influence different business functions.
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • MS office programs, SAP experience.
