The Opportunity –

Reporting to the President of SI US, the SI Head of Strategic Programs plays a key role in driving a strong culture of accountability, execution, collaboration, and customer focus across the SI US business. He/she serves as a thought leader and strategic advisor, leads, builds velocity for, and reinforces key strategic initiatives, facilitates projects and ensures actions are executed.

What you will be doing -

  • Partner closely with the SI Leadership Team to establish strategic priorities
  • Lead change management for strategic initiatives and organizational changes
  • Work closely with leaders to clearly define and communicate overall strategy and areas of focus
  • Act as main point of contact for enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Identify and track metrics to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Provide analysis, recommendations and options based on research, benchmark & data
  • Facilitate the creation of presentations related to SI strategy and priorities to key stakeholders and audiences
  • Plan and facilitate leadership operating rhythm, including leadership team meetings and off-sites as well as facilitating workshops and other discussions
  • Assist in building a connected and effective leadership team
  • Build strong connections with key stakeholders across SI US, SI HQ and other US OPCO’s
  • Manage and support external and internal speaker requests for SI US leadership
  • Serve as a proxy in key internal and external meetings and ensure de-brief of relevant information
  • Provide insight and feedback to leaders to drive effective decision-making
  • Act as a sounding board to brainstorm relevant subject matter

  • Experience in previous roles with strategy, consulting, and/or analytics focus
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; Meticulous attention to detail
