Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Global Marketing Manager, Neurovascular Robotics. The Global Marketing Manager for Neurovascular Robotics will be responsible for leading the global launch of the first-to-market robotic platform for neurovascular interventions. This role will be responsible for developing a comprehensive commercial strategy and leading the cross-functional efforts to introduce neurovascular robotics to the market. A truly global role, this individual will interact with various stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and the Americas. This role reports to the Head of Marketing for the Corindus business line.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As Global Marketing Manager, Neurovascular Robotics, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic global marketing and commercialization plans in the neurovascular market for Corindus robotic technologies
  • Leading product launch for neurovascular robotic technologies, partnering with a cross functional team to manage project timelines and execute on all launch workstreams
  • Defining target markets and creating specific customer messaging and value propositions for target customer segments
  • Collaborating with external agencies and internal colleagues to create impactful marketing campaigns that include market data, voice of the customer input, and country sales and marketing input
  • Training global sales teams on commercial messaging and value proposition
  • Developing and executing an internal and external communications strategy in partnership with marketing communications to support both product launch activities and ongoing market development initiatives

  • You will have 5-10+ years of medical device marketing experience; global level and interventional experience desired, but not required
  • You will have demonstrated success in the launch and commercialization of innovative medical devices
  • You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment, and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation
  • You can influence the actions and decision making of others in a matrix organization
  • Since you are interacting with international customers, excellent English skills (spoken and written) are necessary; German language skills and knowledge of other languages is of advantage
  • You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • You are willing to travel and have flexibility; short-term international deployment is expected
