Siemens Smart Infrastructure Division bundles know-how from our smart grid, low, medium and high voltage, energy automation, energy transmission businesses. Together as a Division we cover every voltage from low voltage, through to medium and high voltage, plus we are heavily investing globally and locally in the market growth areas of micro grid, big data, energy storage, electrical vehicle infrastructure and more.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Support Supervisor to join our Distribution Systems Customer Services team in our Sydney, NSW office. Reporting to the Operations Manager, Customer Services Support Supervisor will be required to carry out day to day project management and co-ordination of resources required to deliver services for medium voltage AIS and GIS switchgear, low voltage switchgear and busway systems, electrical vehicle charging infrastructure, transformers and protection relays for our clients around Australia and New Zealand. These services will include installation, commissioning and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with customer satisfaction, quality and safety standards while leading by example.

The Customer Services Support Supervisor will be required to effectively satisfy the customer's needs, deliver projects within provided timeframe, quality and budget. Successful candidate will have to oversee team of internal and external resources and ensure adherence to defined guidelines processes and procedures in order to achieve agreed performance standards. 

In order to be considered for this opportunity you will need the following:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working within the industry
- Electrical engineering degree or Unrestricted Electrical Licence (A grade or equivalent)
- Drivers Licence
- Ability to travel 

Other desirable qualifications will be highly regarded:
- Experience with electric vehicle charging infrastructure
- Experience with protection relays testing
