If so, we are looking for a People Excellence Trainee that will work with the Global People Excellence Lead supporting the learning solutions for the Cybersecurity organization from the early stages.

As People Excellence Trainee you will:
  • Work with the global People Excellence Lead and support the learning solutions for the Cybersecurity organization from the early stages.
  • Support people excellence programs while evaluating efficiency and relevancy and support on future programs for people development and talent retention.
  • Support drive topics like e.g. job rotation or buildup of an alumni network.
  • Build communication plans and develop communication artifacts (e.g newsletters).
  • Support workshop organization (following design thinking approach).
  • Support training efforts to build required competencies and cultivate a customer-centric culture.
  • Support the success metrics definition to continuously monitor change progress, including regular pulse checks to assess change readiness.
  • Contribute to an active cybersecurity community via internal social networks, boards and other new ways of working deployment phases to ensure that Siemens’ requirements are met.
To make a difference, you must have:
  • Higher technical education (ideally, master level degree), in Business, Human Resources or Economics.
  • Knowledge on the HR world, knowledge of end to end HR processes as well as programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Very good Powerpoint skills and any other tools to craft visuals.
  • Good Excel knowledge.
  • Good understanding of MS Teams.
  • A proven understanding of concepts and methods for organizational development and behavioral.
  • Design thinking methodology and User experience understanding (preferable).
  • Comfortable to work in an international, multicultural matrix organization.
  • Having a collaborative demeanor and working seamlessly across seniority and organization.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English combined with good social skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving, growing, and dynamic environment
