Your new role.

In your role as a Talent Search Expert (f/m/d), you will be responsible for finding the best and most suitable talents for Siemens. You will work closely with colleagues within the TA Germany Team and will also have some interfaces with internal customers and candidates.  

To stand out in this role, you would demonstrate deep understanding, expertise and passion for finding the candidates we look for in the German and international talent markets. You will do so by utilizing the relevant channels and platforms in addition to continuously and proactively exploring creative and effective means of reaching and engaging with candidates.   

What you will be responsible for. 

Within TA, you will be part of the expert team that fills core functions within our various businesses in Germany with top candidates. In your new role you will: 
  • Utilize target group specific channels to identify, approach and inspire top talents for Siemens, while ensuring a strong contribution towards diversity, equity and inclusion commitments 
  • Define the sought-after candidate profiles, in collaboration with your TA colleagues and our customers. This includes consulting customers, analyzing relevant candidate markets and introducing suitable candidate profiles
  • Make a significant contribution to the continued growth of the Siemens business in Germany by searching for the most suitable talents in a variety of industries and professions 
  • Remain up-to-date on the candidate market and current trends in sourcing 
  • Focus on your overarching mission: take sourcing to the next level and take our TA Partners along with you
  • Drive various internal projects such as piloting new TA technologies  
  • Contribute to a culture of trust and collaboration 
What you need to bring.
  • A university degree combined with initial in-house and/or agency sourcing experience in preferably focusing on tech recruiting 
  • Thorough knowledge of the candidate market, with a focus on Germany, and the ability to comfortably understand engineering, service/governance and core profiles and translate them into your searches 
  • Experience utilizing the relevant channels and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn and Xing) to identify the most suitable talents 
  • Ability to handle relatively large volumes of roles from a variety of businesses/industries 
  • Creative mindset, ‘can-do attitude’ and willingness to go the ‘extra mile’ in finding the right candidates for our customers 
  • Strong collaboration skills with all involved parties within TA, People & Organization (P&O) and key business partners 
  • Business fluency in German and English; additional language skills are preferable 

What else do you need to know? We aim to find the best talent wherever they are. We would consider candidates from Munich, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Erlangen or any other location within Germany.
