Our IoT platform for smart buildings with groundbreaking cloud applications, collects data in real-time, and we are creating exciting use cases for our clients as part of our Business Unit Regional Solutions & Services and our Digital Platform Solutions team. 


As Global Digital Workplace Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for the effective application of these platform solutions to help our customers increase the value of their building assets. You will work in close collaboration with our regional and headquarters counterparts. Join our team to empower our customers and their infrastructure to achieve the next level of performance!


Your new responsibilities

  • Setup and drive Digital Workplace offerings in collaboration with our regional and global counterparts
  • Identify market demand and customer requirements for our Digital Workplace Solutions
  • Drive the rollout in collaboration with our regional counterparts to ensure market fit and impact
  • Define market packages and influence the product development roadmaps
  • Ensure order-to-cash and delivery process with support of internal partners
  • Support selected global opportunity in the RFx phase, ensuring adherence to standards and customizations/integrations fit strategy
  • Ensure availability of documentation, trainings, and demo to enable business development and technical counterparts in the regions and countries
  • Set-up and drive a global and regional network of Digital Workplace professionals, to promote the portfolio offering, in line with strategy and enhancing RSS value proposition
  • Support in the thought leadership campaigns, as subject matter expert
 

What you bring along

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or similar education. A combination of both would be a plus
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar portfolio management role, preferable for digital solution sales
  • Solid IT foundations, like experience with IT integration, understanding of API, IT/OT protocols as well as web applications development
  • Any experience of our building industry would be a strong asset
  • Proactive and positive attitude, willing to grow and able to deal with stress effectively
  • Ability to build trust with internal and external partners, within an intercultural environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate sophisticated topics to customers, non-experts and senior management
  • Good presentation and communication skills in English. German and an additional European language would be a plus
