SSME CS Licensing Specialist

Job Description

CS Licensing Center is part of the Licensing Support process. Focus of the function are all licensing relevant topics and requests, which cannot be solved in the countries or by RSC Support. Such support cases often occur due to data inconsistence. The CS Licensing Center Team therefore is built up of Headquarter specialists in the areas Installed Base and Licensing to be able to solve licensing relevant requests promptly.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

-       You work on Licensing Service requests, which are sent to Licensing Center by E-Mail, in a timely manner. 

The worldwide requests to the Licensing Center Hotline mainly have urgency and can be requested by CSEs, country CCCs, External Service Partners, RSCs or Business Lines and Factory 

-       You document all Licensing issues in ticket system GSMS

-       You keep track on licensing relevant performed Update Instructions in the reporting tool and do the necessary steps in data base


Your skills and experience:

  • You focus on customer success and business results
  • You have a distinct orientation on the Licensing Center customers, e.g., CSEs
  • You have distinct communication skills
  • We can rely on your analytic skills to solve also complex Licensing issues
  • To your mind, a structured, accurate and solution-oriented approach is a matter of course
  • You are resilient in case of high workload
  • You are a Team player and act proactive
  • You have good knowledge with Microsoft Office
  • English speaking and writing fluently is a matter of course for you
  • Ideally you have some experience in regard to Licensing relevant topics including the necessary tools
