As the Global Trainer Lead, you will have the responsibility of providing training to Sales Staff and Clinical Specialists. The goal is to provide effective clinical and technical training that will enable sales staff to improve sales metrics and meet sales targets. The Global Trainer Lead will collaborate with the Head of Global Sales Training to create the curriculum for sales training programs. The Global Trainer Lead will provide in-person training, as well as remote training.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Global Trainer Lead, you will be responsible for:

·       Identify and assess the Global training needs of the organization through training needs assessments and consultation with sales managers and sales team members.

·       Assist in developing individualized and group clinical training programs for basic, intermediate, and advanced level sales team members, to align with specific business needs.

·       Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and other Global training leaders to develop training playbooks that target tangible results.

·       Assist in designing disease-specific clinical training modules.

·       Implement effective and purposeful training methods to align with overall strategic plan for Global Training including hands-on instructor led robotic experience.

·       Assess skills of individual sales team members’ performance and productivity, through testing platforms, to identify areas of improvement.

·       Maintains follow-up and assist in the evaluation of sales team members following on-boarding (30-day, 60-day, 90-day) to help focus on the needs to improve performance, teach, and help employee succeed in their position.

·       Gain in-depth understanding of existing indications (PCI, PVI, NVI) to gain expertise aim reinforcing robotic value statements at select trainings.

·       Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.

·       Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, and management.

·       Collaborate to create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization’s goals.

·       Select and manage resources, including working with both internal teams, including Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs and KOL Management to develop and deliver best in class training.

·       Provides training and support to new employees to build and drive robotic program adoption, launch readiness and execution with customer accounts globally.

·       Supports clinical research team with all necessary required training and documentation to support good clinical practice, phases of trial and design, and medical device regulatory guidelines.

·       Work on obtaining CEU’s for all education modules for employee who require education credits for their license. 

·       Keep abreast of clinical training trends, developments, and best practices.

This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers:

·       Preferred 2-3 years’ experience working in the clinical setting (Neurovascular or Peripheral Vascular labs) not required.

·       Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.

·       Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms.

·       Preferred experience in sales training and robotics, not required.

·       Highly developed interpersonal and communication coaching skills will all types of management

·       Self-motivated and goal oriented.

·       Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently while responding to timelines or schedules.

·       Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions and outcomes.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

·       Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the Allied health field, or comparable clinical background in primary healthcare, nursing, or related health profession.

·       Minimum of 8 years’ experience working in the medical device field.

·       Required 2-3 years’ experience working in a clinical setting (cardiovascular catheterization lab)

·       Required 3-5 years’ experience in managerial, training, or program development in a primary health care environment.
